Essential Yoga Space is on the Move!

It is 2020, and I am looking forward to a great year. The New Year often offers us opportunities to make shifts and changes in many areas of our lives. I love the opportunity to change and grow and I use the New Year to ask the questions: What is no longer serving me? What would I like to make room for in this New Year? Where do I need to be open to change?

This year, I received an opportunity to change office locations. I am moving just down the street from my previous location. The move was inspired by a need to have a more private space in which to work with my clients. As you may already know, Essential Yoga Space is a personal yoga training business. I work primarily with women over 40, we work together to create space for women to connect with themselves, release stress and tension, and cultivate a sense of well-being using the tools of yoga and essential oils (i.e. aromatherapy).

I feel so blessed and I am happy to announce that as of February 3, 2020, I will be holding space for my clients in a private office inside of Darling Chiropractic Center. The move to a more private space is how I feel I can best meet the needs of my clients. Some of my clients come to me with past trauma, stress and anxiety, and chronic pain. I have found that clients are better able to relax when there is more privacy. I am excited to share space with Dr. Harrison Darling, DC and Anne Waters, LMT.

My New Office Space is located 221 E. Walnut Street Ste 236, Pasadena, CA 91101

I am offering a New Office Space Special for the month of February 2020. Contact me via email (pili@essentialyogaspace.com) to find out more.

In the meantime, I hope that you will take a moment to ask yourself ,

  1. What things in your life or no loner serving you?

  2. Where is life leading you to be open to change?

  3. What are you ready to invite into your life this year?

Now sit back, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and Listen.

May all your dreams be realized. May you have all you need. May you be loved and give love.

NAMASTE!

Pili Bailey
